If for any reason you are unhappy with your candle, you can return it for a full refund.  All CandlEssence Candles have a similar "fiery" pattern, but each candle is a unique and one-of-a-kind creation, no two are identical. Your candle should be very similar in design, with your chosen color and scent. We wont ship any candle that doesn't meet our standards of quality. We take great pride in our work! How long can I expect my candle to burn? CandlEssence candles are created from a careful blend of high quality wax, strong lasting scents and colors, and additives designed to increase burn time and harden finish. While burn time is greatly affected by size, maintenance, drafts,and how the candle is burned, in test burns we average 200-250 hours of burntime for our 9" tall 3" diameter candles. You will probably get more burntime at home as our candles are lit each morning an burn for 8-10 hours a day. The scent or color I want isn't listed on the website, what now? We have access to thousands of scents! Although we try to maintain a wide variety of scents and colors in inventory we can only list so many on the site. Email us if your favorite scent is not pictured and we will do our best to fill your custom candle order at no extra charge! Where are CandlEssence Candles Sold? CandlEssence Candles 319 A  Marine Ave, Newport Beach, CA 92662   Three simple steps to get the most satisfaction and burn time from your CandlEssence candle.                                                  1. Trim your wick to 1/4"                 2. Burn a minimum of 3-4 hours at a time.(burn for 30 if you like!)                 3. Give your candle a reshaping hug as you put it out when soft.   Wick: Trim the wick to 1/4" before starting your candle and break off or cut to 1/4" each subsequent time you light your candle. You want a small still flame to center the heat in the candle and minimize the effects of any drafts. If necessary, when wax pool is melted push on wick a bit with a tool to keep centered. Burn Time: If you are able to burn your candle 3-4 minimum each time you light it, you will be very happy with the burn time and burn quality. Lighting a candle repeatedly for 1 hour at a time will produce a small well that will tunnel through the center of the candle and drown your wick. Our 4" tall candle will burn for 75-100 hours if these instructions are followed. the 9" candle will burn 200-250 hours! Putting your candle out: When you have burned your candle for the minimum 3-4 hours the top edge will be softened. After extingushing candle, give a gentle reshaping hug to straighten and push top edge toward the center. Will candles that I buy look just like the ones in the pictures on the website? If you have elected to pay for your online order via a check or money order, we will email you with an address to send your check. Your CandlEssence Candles will be created as soon as you order, and ship as soon as we receve payment. My candle was delivered damaged, what now? If your CandlEssence candle is damaged during shipping or delivery, simply notify us via email or phone for a full refund or a replacement. We do our best with careful packing to ensure that our candles will remain undamaged during the shipping process, but accidents do happen, and in the event they do we will be happy to correct the problem!
